agree and give consent to construct electric line across my property to the

stage, all expenses found necessary for the alternations will be paid by me if by
circumstances beyond control no alternative route is feasible for maintaining
supply in my said premises I agree to determine this agreement and cease to be
a consumer of the Kerala State Electricity board.

I do also agree to indemnify the board for any expenses to be incurred by the
Board due to or by reason for the above consent being withdrawn later or if the
bonafides of the consent is questioned subsequently.
