Tournament Format :- 1. The Tournament will be a team Event. Team Event includes 4 singles and 1 Double. Fach Player is allowed to play only one singles or a doubles match in a particular team event match. Each team should include one player aged 40 yrs. or above in playing 6 for atleast 2 team event matches. 2. Each team should consist of 10 Players including manager. 3. All matches will be a single game of 21 points for badminton and best of 3 of 21 points for TT. 4, Round Robin league matches will be played among teams and top two teams will play the final. 5. 6. . Players are allowed to take a maximum break of two minutes between games. ‘The Teams should submit their playing 6 line-up, prior their team event matches to the match referee, No Subsequent changes are allowed. 7. Proper dress code is mandatory. Jeans, Shirts, Bare Foot & Chappal’s are not allowed. {Also yellow colour clothing is not allowed for Table Tennis. 8. In case of dispute, referees decision is final. 9. In exceptional cases, Organising Committee of EWA’s decision is final and binding. 10, Each team has to nominate two main referees for both games each and atleast two line referees for Badminton, even players can be nominated. Tie-break procedures for round robin tournaments are as Given Below, > Head-to-Head Results : > Iftwo teams tie overall then, the result of the match played against each other will be considered. ‘The team winning that match gets ahead of the other team. Winning Games :- If' more than two teams tie the teams which won the highest number of games gets ahead. > Winning Points:- 4 If winning games are tie then teams with more no of winning points gets ahead.General Rules :- ¢ Tournament will be conducted as per IBF Rules for Badminton and ITTF rules for Table tennis. «Only Registered EWA Members will be allowed to participate. Badminton:- © if Shuule hit opponent. «Incase of service fault or receiving fault, point will be awarded to opponent. the roof or any other structure will be considered as fault and point is awarded to ‘Table Tennis:- «One timeout of 60 sec per Game per player. Racket Ball contact during serve should be visible. «The Nominated Team Managers are requested to submit the team lists within 27" July 2013 to the EWA Committee Members.
