Answer
1. The people have never been attracted by posters and do not use their
message.
2. One of the faces portrayed may look like that of a respected famous
person
3. The people are anti-government and see a political purpose in the
poster
4. There may be a deeper reason, which could be found by investigation

Farmers and the Department of Agriculture were not deal with


situation. Instead of discussing the problem to solve it, the Department
has embarked the publicity campaign through posters and slogan that
misinterpret by the local people. They show how few crops were
releases and its not enough for all.
Extension Service prove that they can grow more crops with their own
requirement. With this improvement, farmers will trust them again on
how crops increases.

Answer
1. Because some people do not understand the meaning of the slogan.
And the people never attract in posters that made by Department
Campaign
2. The mistakes is they dont explain the purpose or the message of the
slogan to the farmers.
3. Extension challenge the situation that they must explain first the
message of the slogan before distributing it to the local people, so that
the local people can cooperate to them.
