This function is independent of any operation mode or NC-device operation. The Interactive Macro Function operates parallel and independently of a NC part program during operation. 4 Cutting roundness high speed cycle machining data edit 4 Cutting non-round high speed cycle machining data storing support to mezory (ote) The interactive macro function is executed with the level lower than NC processing. Usually, the following operation isn’t required if set once. 1, Setting Configuration 2, Before beginning to use a Fixed Disk, you must create a DOS partition and install DOS in that partition. w 3, Installing TPS-3000 CHC ELLIPTICAL MACHINING SYSTEM in a Fixed Disk. (Precautions) Wake initial setting relative to hardvare. ‘The information set once is stored in computer memory and held by battery backup even if the power is turned off. It is unnecesary to reset unless the backup battery is out or hardware structure is changed. For details, refer to I5M Personal Systea/2 Hodel 50 Quick Reference. When the initial setting bas already been sade, proceed to the next process. Initialize fixed disk and load DOS SYSTEM and minimum required DOS COMMAND. For details, refer to Disk Operating System User's Guide 4-18 MTB). If the above bas already been initialized and loaded, Proceed to the next process. (Z) Insert TAKISAWA TPS-2000 SYSTEM DISK in drive A. (2) When #>3 appears on display, input ADTAKISAWAY with keyboard ‘and press key. Thus, this is called ORDER DATA of section. To obtain the section order data, three methods are provided as follows. (@) ELLIPSE Find the mathematical ellipse form by inputting the long radius value and the radius drop value from long radius at short radius position, thereby generating the section order data. (b) FREE Input one periphery value of radius drop from standard roundness per angle (aininun 5°) decided with drawing and interpolate these points to generate the section order data.
