CAST MEMBER PROJECTIONIST / CELEBRATION! CINEMA / 2013 - PRESENT

Serves as a projectionist and cast member responsible for maintaining optimal
presentation of the theatre and providing customers with multiple sales options.
Additional responsibilities include training new employees on theatre procedures
and policies, as well as frequently participating in a hiring panel with managers.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
HEAD COACH / SPECIAL OLYMPICS FLOOR HOCKEY / 2013
Managed a team of special needs individuals ages 12-35 in the Michigan Special
Olympics. Developed and led practices and scrimmages for the team.

IMAX TRAINER / CELEBRATION! CINEMA / 2015

Worked with management to restructure the IMAX guidelines to reduce
inefficiencies in care, handling and presentation of IMAX glasses. Helped train new
employees and re-train existing employees to ensure new guidelines were met.
