READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING!

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

Heavy Cardstock for Box Base: 12” x 8” Scor Tape (or similar)

Cardboard or thin chipboard Liquid glue (I used Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive

Stampin’ Up! Top Note Sizzix Die Scissors

Score Board Tool

(I used the Martha Stewart Scoring Board) -OR- Ruler

1. Using the Stampin’ Up! Top Note Sizzix Die, cut a total of (6) pieces as follows:

(2) Pieces thick cardboard or thin chipboard

(3) Pieces in a contrasting cardstock color

(1) Piece using cardstock to match the box base

2. Using the diagram below as a guide for the BOX BASE, score and cut as follows:

PAPER SIZE: 12” x 8”

 On 12” side, score at: 1”, 2”, 5”, 7”, 10”

 On 8” side, score at: 2”, 6”
 Cut and discard sections marked in RED
 Cut section marked in BLUE
 Fold over the top flap horizontally (on the 1” fold mark)
 Cut the corners using a round corner edger punch.

Box Base

Your BOX BASE should look like this 

3. Apply glue to flaps as shown below. 4. Assemble the box base as pictured
below.

5. Apply glue to the top flap and seal. 6. At this point, your BOX BASE should
look like this:

7. Assemble the top and bottom Top Note pieces. Make a

“sandwich” with the Top Note pieces – assemble in this order
(Using my color scheme as an example):

FOR THE LID: Pink Top Note piece, cardboard Top Note piece,
Black Top Note piece.

FOR THE BOTTOM: Pink Top Note piece, cardboard Top Note
piece, Pink Top Note piece.

 TOP NOTE BOX

8. Complete the box assembly by adding the LID and BOTTOM Top Note pieces. I used ScorTape to
attach the Top Note pieces to the BOX BASE.

9. Once the LID and BOTTOM Top Note pieces have been attached, proceed to decorate the box as
desired.
