REGLAMENTO DE PARTICIPACION PARA LOS

PEREGRINOS DEL Q'AWCHI RAYMI.

Este es un Evento de Gran Trascendencia Espiritual que tiene como su Coordinador General
al Maestro Domingo Díaz Porta y a la Jerarquía de la SOSHI con la asistencia de Acción por
la Unidad Mundial y de la Mancomunidad de la América India Solar razón por la cual muy
comedidamente compartimos a todos y cada uno de los Peregrinos a respetar
insoslayablemente el presente Reglamento:
*Los Peregrinos deben observar y respetar las normas y horarios dispuestos para cada una de
las actividades.
*La Coordinación y la Operadora Turística no podrán cubrir los gastos ni responder por los
inconvenientes derivados del retraso o inobservancia de los tiempos y condiciones
estipulados.
*Recomendamos mantener presentes sus documentos de identidad e identificadores de
participación en forma permanente y entregarlos a la Coordinación del Evento cuando les
sean solicitados.
*Recomendamos el uso de ropa adecuada para cada actividad y si sufrieran alguna
enfermedad o situación especial durante este evento sugerimos se comunique a la
Coordinación del Evento.
*Los gastos extras en los que cada peregrino incurra no serán asumidos por los organizadores
bajo ningún concepto.
*Mantendremos por la característica del trabajo interno una dieta ovo-lacto-vegetariana
evitando el uso de licor, drogas y toxinas de cualquier tipo; el uso y transporte de armas y
sobre todo evitar actitudes hostiles, agresivas, pesimistas, egoístas o el uso de vocabulario
soez que interfieran en la armonía del trabajo
*Lanzar basura o material no ecológico fuera de los espacios destinados para ello.
*Destruir los objetos/espacios que estarán a nuestra disposición en los lugares sagrados o
comunitarios que se pongan a disposición nuestra.
* Durante la Ceremonia Principal del 22 de Junio, está totalmente prohibido el uso de
cualquier artefacto tecnológico (cámaras fotográficas, cámaras de video, grabadoras de audio,
teléfonos celulares u otros). Debemos respetar la Ceremonia y la Energía del Lugar Sagrado.

*Mantener el orden y la compostura personal y de los espacios…
*Disfrutar del momento y conocer amig@s /Herman@s...
*Reír y compartir tu alegría con el mundo…
*El respeto por las ideas y las posesiones ajenas…

 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE PILGRIMS OF TYE
Q’AWCHI RAYMI
This is a high Transcendence Spiritual event, which its General Coordinator is Master
Domingo Díaz Porta and the SOSHI hierarchy, with the assistance of Action for the World
Union and American Indian Solar Mancomunity. So, politely we solicit all of the pilgrims to
respect this regulations without any violation.

*Pilgrims must observe and respect the rules and schedules defined for each one of the
activities.
*QR coordination and Tour Operator cannot cover the expenses and respond about the
problems derived by delays or inobservance or the schedules and stipulated conditions.
*We recommend keep at hand personal Id documents and QR Id cards and show to the
coordinators whenever they will be asked for.
*We recommend appropriated clothes for each activity. If anybody feel sick or have any
problem during the event must notify it to the coordinators.
*Extra or additional expenses will not be assumed by the coordinators under any
circumstances; they are under absolute responsibility of the pilgrim.
*As part of the pilgrimage, we’ll have a vegetarian diet (with eggs and milk), avoiding the
consumption of alcohol, drugs and any kind of toxins; use and transport of weapons and
hostile, aggressive, pessimist or selfish attitudes, and inappropriate vocabulary, interfering
with the harmony of the event.
*Thrash, garbage or non ecologic materials should be disposed properly.
*Destroying or damaging the objects or spaces at the used facilities, community or sacred
places are forbidding.
* During the Main Ceremony at June 21th, the use of any kind of technological device
(photographic camera, audio recorders, video camera, cell phones and so) is totally forbidden.
We must respect the Ceremony and the energies of the Sacred Place.
