• You will have to be committed if you want to achieve this by October 2010.
• Focus will have to be consistency in activity to achieve momentum.
• Use the coming tours for Franchise trainings and introducing JP+ to new prospects.
• Also holding Product Demonstration Parties will benefit towards your goal.

Volume needed – 9,000 in any of the 6 months

• Volume will not be the issue…team building is the key. The team building that’s
required will naturally give you the volume you need.
• Teach and train about qualifying and the benefit to your team members and the
volume will happen naturally.

Structure required –
1 SC (PBQ)
2 SDVFs (1 PBQ & 1 10-1-10)
1 DVF

• Plan who these team members will be and share your plan with them.
• Design your team for future strength. Don’t settle for minimums.
• Create your team culture together. You will have to drive it initially, however you’ll
be surprised how fast they will contribute to your team culture and drive it forward
for you!
• As you are re-entering the Fast Track Program NSAA has reviewed your current
structure. As you don’t have a SC already, we will allow one of your existing team
members to be your new SC. Your new SDVFs (2) and DVF (1) are required to be
new team members. Remember, one new SDVF must come to you through the 10-
1-10 process too. One of your new SDVFs have to be a qualified business by the
end of the 6 months too. Bringing in new team members will solidify your structure.
• If you continue to build your team with new members, you naturally teach and
train your existing team members to do the same.
• Be the best Franchisee in your team. People follow what they see.
• Create vision for your team. Include them in what you see. Teach them to create
their own vision too.
