The monthly meeting of Harrington Grove Community Association was

held on May 27, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Francis of Assisi, the President being
in the chair. All Board members were present except Matt Cronlund.
After discussion it was decided that York Security would put “garage
door open” notices at front doors instead of cars parked inside garages.
Snuggs advised that the balance of fence material had been delivered
on May 26, 2010.
Snuggs advised that one of the CDs was maturing on Monday, May 31,
2010 and thereafter
Pringle moved that the $106,000 CD maturing on May
31, 2010 be moved to Gateway Bank at the interest rate of two
per cent (2%) for a period of 26 months.
The motion passed after debate.
Cronin moved that the Board allocate approximately
$750 to build a catch basin on the common property near the
walking path at North Exeter Drive.
The motion passed after debate.
Hutson stated she hoped to have the HG newsletter out at the end of
the first week of June.
Hutson advised she will add an item in Facebook regarding the
prohibition of ATVs and motorcycles on the path. Thereafter
Hernandez moved that Snuggs obtain proposals to install
bollards in front of the field to prevent traffic from entering
restricted areas.

The motion passed after debate.

Hutson moved that one more sign be erected to publicize


the Fall HG Yard Sale.
The motion passed after debate.
Snuggs was asked to contact Jim Martin regarding additional details for
the September 11 golf tournament so they could be included in upcoming
communications.
Thereafter the Board went into Executive Session.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
