Vision 2016 --- To enable at least 6000 ‘'Investments'’ into ‘quality’ own spaces every year Mission --- Ispace is ’co-operative’ ‘co-networked’ organization which enables ‘'Investments'’ into ‘quality’ own space needs of people ‘within its network’ Focus: ‘'Investments'’ – Development of projects that cater to investment needs (as opposed to immediate consumption / staying needs). Accordingly, iSpace will not invest in flats/ apartments, which will have limited appreciation and typically tend to become immediate consumables. Focus shall be on capital appreciation. Similarly, iSpace shall also not invest in long maintenance projects or commercial/ office projects with possible lease appreciation (or annuity cash flows). Typical project categories are as below: Plots for Row Houses / Villas (Within 1 hr from Urban Centre & ‘investment’ horizon of ~ 2 years) Commercial Plots (Within 1hr from Urban Centre & ‘investment’ horizon of ~ 3 years) Farm houses/ lands (Within 2 hrs from the urban Centers & ‘investment’ horizon of ~ 4 years) . ‘quality’ – legally clear own spaces (‘'Investments'’). Cost efficiency of operations and personnel – 'Investments' to be Yearly Goals: pegged to market average ‘co-operative’ – VNs would have an option to co-invest during March 2011 – 300 VNs development stage of the projects and benefit from economies of scale. Performing VNs will also be offered ownerships of March 2012 – 600 VNs iSpace equity ‘co-networked’ – marketing of 'Investments' to be solely March 2013 – 1200 VNs through referrals and by substituting traditional channels. March 2014 – 2400 VNs iSpace also provides an opportunity for people ‘within its network’ to be ‘financially independent’ by earning through March 2015 – 4800 VNs referral marketing, if they desire so. Option to referral market is additional benefit for the Asset (Plot) Holder and is not the Beyond March 2016 – More than 6000 VNs business proposition of the plot purchased or of iSpace ‘within its network’ – referral marketing opportunity to be available only for VNs, who would have bought the Asset from iSpace earlier ‘financially independent’ – potential revenue of INR 1Lakh a day per Plot held, cap on revenue at INR 2.61 C per year
