    We being a citizen of India, wish your humble attention towards


    certain issues.

    1. In India from 1993 to 2009 total 1133 criminals died in police


    encounter. How many of these cases handed over to CBI for
    investigation?

    2. Is Congress people are unaware of Criminal history of


    Sohrabbuddin?

    3. Criminal history of Sohrabbuddin is attached herewith for


    your reference (however you must be aware of this)

    4. Does your party think that by targeting certain people or


    political party, your party will gain public support?

    5. Why encounters cases are given so much importance &


    neglecting issues of terrorism, inflation, poverty,
    shortage of food, population etc.?

    6. If Congress desires to win public support, do you think by


    enlightening encounter cases will help Congress OR it will
    create negative impression?

    7. Being a Gujarati you must be agree that such mal-practices


    will definitely spoil image of Congress in Gujarat & also at
    national level.

    We, the people of Gujarat request your humble attention in this


    matter, which is certainly taken to the higher authorities & all
    concerned.
