With reference to the above, please report for an Interview to the office of the Department of
Management Studies (DoMS) at 09.00 a.m. on Monday the 24th November 2008. Your
participation in this process is necessary for considering your application further.

Please bring the following (as applicable to you) for verification:

• all your original mark sheets/ grade cards indicating the titles of the subjects/
papers and your academic performance in them for all semesters/ years of your
qualifying degree examinations,
• the GATE score card or the UGC-CSIR NET/ JRF fellowship award letter (as the
case may be), or
• your JMET / CAT/ / XAT/ ATMA / MAT (or equivalent) score card.
• Form 2 (for part-time/external candidates)
• Experience certificate(s)

Please bring copies of all the above certificates if you have not submitted them already along with
your application.

If called for interview for Ph.D admissions (only for those in the category of `Regular with HTRA’),
you will be eligible for reimbursement of single SL class to and fro train fare by the shortest route
for your journey from your place of residence to this Institute. Please make the claim with all
relevant particulars, along with proof of your journey, in the prescribed format that will be given to
you by us. Only one claim will be admissible although you may attend more than one interview at
this Institute during this trip.

We will notify within 24 hours of the interview the list of candidates provisionally selected for
admission. However, this list is subject to ratification by the Institute’s research admissions office.
If selected finally, you will receive a formal communication from us ordinarily within three weeks of
the date of the Interview.
