Find another alternative to banana bread with this Apple Walnut Bread care of

Chef Aileen and My Favorite Recipes.

Ingredients:
1 cup oil
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 pieces eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups apples, Fuji apples, cubed
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Carnation Evap

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease flour and line a loaf pan.

2. In a bowl, combine oil and dark brown sugar. Mix using a wooden spoon/whisk.

3. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract. Add the apples and walnuts. Reduce
the speed to low.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon
and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture alternately with Carnation Evap.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until cake
tester inserted comes out clean.

6. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely before slicing.
