~ Oil-freecarrot pickle

1/2cup tomato sauce

1 tsp vinegar
~ 1 tsp soya sauce
1 onion
1 tbsp sesame
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp ajma
1 tbsp capsico sauce

1 tbsp oil
METHOD
Heat the oil, saute the
capsicum and baby corn. Add the
paste. After 1 minute add the
paneer and salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

WADE CHAT
1 cup urad dal
(soak for 4-6 hours)
1 cup peas (boiled and 1/2crush)
1 onion (finely chopped)
