Conclusion and recommendations

We recommend that Unlike most neurological disorders, head injuries can be

prevented by using safety measures like:

Avoid falls by

o using a step-stool with a grab bar to reach objects on high

shelves;
o installing handrails on stairways;
o installing window guards to keep from falling out of open
windows;
o using safety gates at the top and bottom of stairs
o Mostly avoiding drinking alcoholic beverages because it really
affects how we think.
