    You are invited to the first Annual Family Day at Burlington Airpark, presented by the Optimist Club of Milton. This event will be held on October 2, 2010 from 9:30am – 3:30pm. The Burlington Airpark is located at 5296 Bell School Line, Burlington, Ontario. Admission is free but donations to the Optimist Club of Milton would be appreciated. Please send your RSVP to the above email address. The event will include approximately 60 airplane rides for sponsored youth 8 years to16 years of age at a cost of $30.00 each. If you would like to sponsor a youth for a flight, please email Optimist Ro at newheights@cogeco.ca to reserve your sponsorship slot. Sponsorship registration begins at 9:00 a.m. on August 31st, 2010 and ends at 9:00 p.m. on September 15th, 2010. Flight sponsorship slots shall be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis commencing at the date and time stated above. Please include your full name, telephone number and email address in the registration email. Ro will then forward the sponsorship package (including instructions) to you via email. Please return via mail the completed package before September 25th, 2010 to The Optimist Club of Milton, 420, Main Street East, Suite 404 (UPS Store), Milton, ON L9T 5G3 We will also have a raffle for 3 separate prizes, a classic car display, along with a barbecue with hamburgers and hot dogs. Other displays include a Milton Fire Department Fire Truck along with “HERBIE”, the love bug, the Halton Regional Police Command Centre and a Halton Region Ambulance. We are seeking individuals and/or businesses to sponsor the 60 kids, donate raffle prizes etc. Please see the attached Sponsorship Form if you are interested in sponsoring and/or making a donation towards this event (for flight sponsorships, please follow the instructions in the above paragraph. Flight sponsorships shall be not be accepted by any other means. Thank you.) Kindly complete the attached Event Sponsorship/Donation Form and mail along with your cheque to The Optimist Club of Milton, 420, Main Street East, Suite 404 (UPS Store), Milton, ON L9T 5G3. The raffle prizes are as follows: - A 2 hour ride for 4 people (10 years and over) in a CF-18 Hornet Fighter Jet Simulator - A flight for three over Niagara Falls Ontario - A flight for three over downtown Toronto.
