Seberang Perai Utara, Pulau Pinang

We thank you for your letter dated 26.3.2010.

We write to express our deep interest to venture for further business opportunities with
your established company.

Please take note that, shall the above matter be agreed and concluded between both of our
companies, we are pleased to inform you that we are agreeable to:-

i- allow your company to lease the proposed land for the period of thirty (30)
years

ii- bear half of the cost of construction of the above building

iii- As an existing Developer and Contractor PKK Bumiputera Level for the past
10 years, we would like to assist your company to apply for the relevant
approvals from the local authorities. Thusfar, from our personal opinion, we
shall offer great assistance as we are familiar with the local authorities’
requirements.

Finally, again we express much gratitude for your interest in our company and we look
forward to work hand in hand with the established company of yours.
