    COLOUR ORDER SYSTEM:

    Normally colors are described in term of RED, BLUE, GREEN YELLOW or BROWN

    words PALE, REDDISH, GREENISH doesn’t give complete detail of color.

    E.g. GREENSIH YELLOW doesn’t carry any sense that how much green and how much
    yellow. Therefore there should be some methods which describe the color properly.
    These methods are classified into two groups.

    1. Color Order System by Sample.


    2. Color Order System by Mathematical.

    Color Order System by Sample:

    i. Munsell’s color order system.


    ii. Ostwald color order system.
    And many color order system came under these class.each of these
    system is represented by color atlas.

    Color order system by mathematical system:


    CIE color order system and many other color order system come under this class.
    The description of color is based on measurement of spectral reflection of the sample.
    These systems are use in Instrumental; color measurement.
