    • Submissions must be in DVD format and mailed along with the completed contest entry and Florida
    Knowledge Network release form to: Just Read, Florida! Office, 325 W. Gaines Street, Suite 501,
    Tallahassee, FL 32399 and postmarked by December 17, 2010.
    Rights Information
    Florida Knowledge Network® (the statewide broadcast service of the Florida Department of Education) requires the
    following rights within the State of Florida:
    - Duplication of master media to DVD by the Florida Knowledge Network® for use as a duplication master
    - Duplication to videotape or DVD by the Florida Knowledge Network® and Florida school districts
    - Broadcast by the Florida Knowledge Network® on its satellite channel
    - Broadcast by Florida school districts on ITFS, cable access channel, television stations owned by the schooldistrict
    and/or Florida Public Television
    - Storage of digital files on local network for on‐demand access in Florida classrooms
    - Upon expiration of rights, the Florida Knowledge Network requires a Certificate of Erasure from all clients.
