4.1 FYP is group-based (9 groups, max.7, min.3), but also got individuals
4.2 Game designs->Need laptops
4.3 Volunteer to come out with designs for posters, then pass to DCMD to
edit
4.4 Posters are supposed to advertise SD, not individual courses
4.5 Can provide and collect data/information about their course
4.6 DGDD can help to check out sponsors and venues (rental and area)

5 Things to be done
5.1 School reopens: Start initial pitch to director
5.2 Sponsorship deck (Different courses, different decks?)
5.3 Finalise concept, venue ASAP
