Objective : For all employees to be aware of the Rules and Regulations for the guests.
Need : To ensure all guests will enjoy the facilities of the Health Club and Spa without causing inconvenience to other
guests.

cannot accept responsibility for any loss or
damage of personal belongings.

 Use of facilities by members or their guests


is entirely at their own risk. The Hotel will
not be liable for any injuries or damages
sustained while using the Club facilities.

 Food and Beverage Regulations  Smoking, eating and drinking alcoholic


beverages in the Health Club and Spa is not
allowed.

 Members and guests are requested to


consume only food and beverage items
served by the hotel.

 Hygiene  For hygiene purposes, guests are advised to


shower before entering the Swimming Pool
or Jacuzzi.

 Membership  The Management reserves the right to


suspend or terminate membership if any
member fails to comply with the rules and
 Outside guests regulations of the Health Club.

 The Management reserves the right not to


renew membership upon expiry of any
membership.
 Pets
 Health Club members may bring outside
guests and will be charged at the prevailing
 Pool Regulations daily rates. Members are responsible for the

 Attire  Pets are not permitted within the Health


Club Areas.
 It is prohibited to run and dive in the pool
areas.

 Proper attire must be worn at all times while


using the Health Club facilities (i.e.
swimming attire, athletic/exercise clothing
and athletic shoes).

 Registration  Guests and members are asked to present


their name and room/apartment number or
membership card to register at the reception
desk prior to using the facilities. The
management reserves the right to refuse
admission to any member or guest not
producing this information.

 Members and guests are asked to disclose


any information with regards to medical
conditions on their confidential medical
record with the Health Club Reception. For
any advice concerning medical conditions
and use of the Health Club and Spa
