    EMPLOYEES

    1. Accomplished Visa Application Form


    2. 1 pc. Passport Size Picture colored w/ white background
    3. Original Passport of at least 6 months valid (Including the passport)
    4. Copy of Passport First Page
    5. Copy of U.S., New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Canada and Korean Visa (If
    Available)
    6. Employment Certificate – Original
    7. Personal Bank Certificate – Original
    8. ITR (Income Tax Return) – Copy

    • If personally invited by Korean: = Invitation Letter & Copy of invitor’s Passport


    • If invited by Company in Korea: = Invitation Letter & Copy of Korean Company
    Business Permit

    BUSINESSMEN

    1. Accomplished Visa Application Form


    2. 1 pc. Passport Size Picture colored w/ white background
    3. Original Passport of at least 6 months valid (Including the passport)
    4. Copy of Passport First Page
    5. Copy of U.S., New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Canada and Korean Visa (If
    Available)
    6. Business Registration from SEC or DTI - Copy
    7. Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit – Copy
    8. Personal Bank Certificate - Original
    9. Individual ITR – Copy

    • If personally invited by Korean: = Invitation Letter & Copy of invitor’s Passport


    • If invited by Company in Korea: = Invitation Letter & Copy of Korean Company
    Business Permit
