- anterior repair

- apply 2 clamps on the corners of the anterior vaginal wall and a third clamp

just beneath urethral meatus

- vaginal wall was incised vertically

- then separates anterior vaginal wall from the underlying cervicopubic fascia

by sharp dissection both sides

- plicated cervicopubic fascia under the bladder and urethra by Kelly

technique

- redundant anterior vaginal wall was resected

- repair vaginal wall by continuous lock technique

- bleeding was checked & stopped

- posterior repair
- apply 2 Allis clamps on the right and left perineum

- V-shaped incision was made between clamps to dissect redundant posterior

vaginal wall

- incision was continued superiorly

- then separates posterior vaginal wall from the underlying fascia by sharp

dissection both sides

- redundant posterior vaginal wall was resected

- then repair posterior vaginal

- bleeding was checked & stopped
