Job Description

Job Responsibilities

 Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the

equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
 Break down maintenance and analysis with TPM tools like Why-Why analysis.
 maintenance and Modification of Wind Turbine Generator?
 To im[plement & maintain 5s activities.
 Managing contract Manpower?
 Maintaining documentation as per ISO procedures.
 Co-ordinating of daily activities and job allocation in section.
 Planning & executing the preventive maintenance schedule.
 Technical aspects in function and maintenance of Power panels, Control panels,
Capacitor panels, Switch gears, Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), Air Circuit Breakers
(ACB), SMPS.
 Scheduling of preventive, predictive & Break down Maintenanace of WTG.
 Fault attend at any time when machine having error.
 Maintaining high value tools with calibration records.
 Successfully to Handle Multiple Project within Timelines and Standards.
