entitled Employee Management System done at HCL CDC . The

completion of any task is not only the reward to the person actively

involved in accomplishing it, but also the person involved in inspiring &

 Abstract

This report includes a development presentation of an information system for managing

the staff data within a small company or organization. The system as such as it has been

developed is called Employee Management System. It consists of functionally related

GUI (application program) and database. That also includes the procedure of editing,

deleting, adding information about an employee and also helps in keeping a record of the

work done by him/her.

The choice of the programming tools is individual and particular.
