Conclusion
¢* WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED?
* The main reason of Kishore Biyani’s success is
that he created business that were customer
centred. His personality teaches us to perceive
things, work on intuition & make others believe in
our dreams to flourish in life.
* He loves simplicity & doesn’t demand for luxury.
He took risk & was constantly engaged in newer
business. He perceived the changes, thought how
to utilize it & implemented it.* His business plans keep changing, evolving & are
accordingly flexible. He believes that consumers
are the same everywhere, we are only bound by
our social systems.
* The value for money proposition is so ingrained in
the Indian consumers mind that he needs to be
shown true value all the time.
* Why should we blindly follow western formats
and concepts? We should find Indian solutions
for our consumers,” Biyani often says* They are very different in our decision-making.
Data alone does not help you take the best of
decisions. Data along with the softer skills can
work well. The consumer does not look at
data when he spends. He goes by emotions.
Emotions sometimes prevail over logic and
rationale.
