Assignment as Fire Team member/Warden

As you have undergone basic fire protection/fighting training you are hereby
appointed as a fire team member for the abovementioned store.

You are to ensure that all fire fighting equipment within this store is in good working
condition and that the fire escape (if any) is clear and unobstructed.

Please make sure that all employees working in the store are aware of your
appointment as a fire team member.

Please ensure that you do not endanger yourself and/or your fellow employees’
safety in the event of a fire. Your principal aim as a fire team member is to prevent
fires and to notify the authorities if and when a fire occurs.
