November is upon us and we will continue to solidify our

reading foundation as we review our strategies. We will
also dive deeper into what a story consists of, in other
words, we will examine the story elements, i.e.
characters, setting, problem/solution, main idea, etc. I
have several fun books up my sleeve!

Writing: Bucket Buster

We will have fun this week as we begin some crazy, out Nicholas Metzger demonstrates respect
of this world turkey stories! On Monday, we will work on
our sloppy copy or rough draft, and then add to/edit and honor by treating
throughout the week. others exactly how he
wishes to be
Math: treated!

This week’s focus will be on more strategies for solving
problems, subtraction, and counting forward and
