Colonoscopy : ulcerated circumferential thickening 10 cm away from the anal

orifice(AO), biopsy in progress

RESULT:
No pulmonary anomalies.
No mediastinal adenopathies.
No pleural or pericardial fluid accumulations.
Liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys and adrenals with normal CT aspect.
Significant coprostaza.
Bladder, uterus and rectum with net exterior contours; adjacent fat is homogenous.
No adenopathies, no ascites at an abdominal- pelvic level.
Uterus with transversal diameter 6,5 cm, long shaft 12 cm, antero-posterior diameter 5,3
cm ; it has met contours, no bosels; transvaginal ultrasound is recommended.
No bone structure anomalies at the level of the examined segments.

CONCLUSIONS:

Significant coprostaza
No CT evidence of perirectal infiltration.
CT thorax, abdomen and pelvis without other particularities.
