c) Copy of relieving order/proof of salary drawn from the previous employer
d) Proof of Educational Qualification & Date of Birth
e) Photocopy of PAN Card
f) If you are under ESI, two Post Card Size Family photograph for ESI registration.

The appointment Letter indicating all the details will be issued subject to the completion of joining formalities.

You are required to return the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed as a token of your acceptance of the above
terms.

This offer letter is valid subject to a ‘clear reports’ of the reference checks done by the Company.
