incorporation process for non-profit businesses. Advised corporations on federal
& state tax issues. Drafted memorandum of law & reply brief for an industry
client that was assessed a $50k fine from a state administrative agency.

Graduate Research Assistant. Spent summer working on legal research skills,
drafting memorandum for a research book project. Research included background
