Process Control Instrument and Final Control Elements. Confirmation and
Verification of field Process Control Instruments to DCS to ensure and correct
Alarm and Trip Setting, Calibration Ranges and Instrument ID tags. Preparation of
Documents (Instruments Loop, Piping Instrument Drawing, Instrument Test Report,
Location Drawing, and Data Sheets), Assisted to Vendor on Pre-Commissioning all
associated Skid Mounted Control Instrument to ensure the correct proper settings.
Final simulation and functional testing of field Process control Instrument including
skid mounted control instrument as per commissioning procedure prior to start – up.
Assisted to vendors for their final testing of all associated skid mounted control
instrument to ensure the correct settings, tags and ranges. Assisted to field
operation on start – up and carry – out necessary adjustments on field control
instrument as per operation requirements.
