14. 10.01.2010 Issue of Exit Pass to Exhibitors

15. 11.01.2010 Exit Pass Sign & Distribution (1700 hrs onwards)

16. 11.01.2010 Dismantling (1900 hrs onwards)

17. 12.01.2010 Removal of all Exhibits & Final Vacation of halls (1800 hrs)

* Halls will be available, for construction purposes before 02.01.2010 and for late
dismantling after the deadline (12.01.2010) post-show, on payment basis
(Rs.250/day/sqm), subject to availability of halls from ITPO. Exhibitors are requested
to forward such requirement to the Auto Expo Secretariat well in advance, along with
requisite payment, for applying to ITPO on time.
