Introduction
 
Now I am working in Hira Industries LLC as a Production Manager for the last 4 years. Hira 
Industries Manufactures Construction related rubber products in the UAE having manufacturing presence 
in Dubai & Fujairah and Sales office in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & Oman. My 
exposure in this company will reflect in the following assignments.

Seiri – Sorting (Clearing Up)

• Move out items’ not belonging to that work area. Red tag Campaign: A red tag attack is the 
strategy of a group of people going through the plant and putting red tags on everything that has 
not been used within the last 30 days. The items that people feel are necessary to "hold on to" 
must be justified to their superior, or the item is taken out of the plant!
