good ventilation. But avoid strong sunlight radiation and rain.

pre-laminated glass is processing in the vacuum condition.It also possible to laminating EVA
Interlayer Film with silk、paper、 calligraphy and painting、ultraviolet radiation unilateralism
film、light adjusted film and so on. All kinds of art glass, decorated glass, privacy glass, safety
glass and solar panel can be processed in the EVA Vacuum Glass Laminating Machine.
Compared to autoclave producing line for Polyvinyl Butyral PVB Interlayer Film, the EVA
Vacuum Glass Laminating Machine is much easier to operate and less cost to build., and more

⒈Install
Install control box

⑴the control box must be carried by 2 people,use 4 nuts to fix it in the specified location.
Attention：Vacuum pump is different from blower.

⒉Vacuum pump installation：connect one side of above ￠9mX18m vacuum pipe to the vacuum
pipe faucet on the table, another side is connected to the vacuum pump air pump faucet (as
picture below)

⒊Orbit installation: adjust the two orbits’ height, make it balance to the inside orbit of the
machine, then put the up down car onto the orbit, adjust the width of the orbit; weld the outside
orbit and inside orbit connecting to make it fixedness. Fix the outside orbit to the floor with
screw (as picture below)

4.Lift installation: waggle the lift toward the “hour hand” direction, lift going up, waggle the lift
backward “hour hand” direction, lift going down.

EVA Vacuum Glass Laminating Machine Operation

①Machine operation:
1. prepare the glasses, first use edging machine edgeing the glasses.
2 same size glass, pay attention to the four corners, it must be edging like round arc, to avoid
breaking the silicone vacuum bag, wash the glass with washing machine, it must be air-dry, this
is very important.
3.Cutting Eva film, cut the EVA film a little larger than the two glasses.
3.lie down one glass, put EVA film onto it, and also put the color materials, then put another
glass onto it, cut out the rest EVA film and color materials, stick the 4 corners then.

4. Put glass into the silicone vacuum bag, put the glass onto the vacuum iron table, you should
leave 1cm distance between the glasses. After finishing this, connecting the vacuum pipe, as
picture blow.

5. Start vacuum pump, first check the wire connecting of the vacuum pump right or wrong, then
start the vacuum pump, when the vacuum indicator shows lower than -0.1MPA and become
steady, close the door, and wait till to finish the whole process.
6. Control process setting: first set the technology data to the control plane, as picture below:

7. lower glass temperature, at that time the temperature reach 130℃, then open the door,
temperature lower sharply, when the temperature lower to 80~90℃, use fan to blow wind into
the machine, make the temperature reach 40℃~50℃, then stop the lower temperature process,
take out the glass. During lowering the temperature procedure, please don’t close down the
vacuum pump.

⑴Motor must run positive, if in reverse, it must reconnect the wire.
⑵Adjust the wind ban to make the circle wind equality.
⑶Electricity box must controlled by the operator and when checking the box, the power must be
cut off.
⑷When the temperature of the furnace higher then normal, the operator cannot go into the
furnace
⑸Must change the oil time to time.
⑺Put the vacuum pump to the dry and aeration place.
About laminate glass

⑴Don’t put different thickness of glass into the furnace one time, the thinner glass the keeping
high temperature can be shorter, the thicker glass, the keeping high temperature can be longer.
⑵Different thickness of the color materials must use different thickness of Ethylene-vinyl
acetate EVA Interlayer Film. Thin one can use 0.25mm EVA film, thick one can use 0.38mm
EVA film.
⑶EN EVA film become soft temperature is 70℃, then 90℃ start thawing, 110℃ reach dissolve
estate. When the temperature catch 130℃ and keep it 40minutes, ENEthylene-vinyl acetate EVA
Interlayer Film temperature may reach 125℃.
⑸Different thickness of EN EVA film, the upgrade temperature fluidity is different, the thicker
film, the fluidity is larger. When you operate the machine, you can adjust the time and adjust the
temperature to control.
⑹Try to use good quality float glass to make laminate glass. If you use tempering glass, but the
flat level is bad, you must use thickerEthylene-vinyl acetate EVA Interlayer Film to pile up so
that to keep the laminated quality. Flat level bad glass may make air bladder on the surface of the
glass, or cannot make laminated successfully.
Unusual broken of EVA Vacuum Glass Laminating Machine
