Subject:- Approval of Printer for printing of Brochure of IEEE-AIt technical Fest

Sir,
With due respect we would like to say that, for the purpose of printing of Sponsorship brochure of IEEE-
AIT technical fest , we had invited competitive quotations from various Printing presses of Delhi.
We received three quotations from following printers as follows:
1. Bansal Reprographics, Defence colony :- Rs. 100 per copy for all coloured Brochure
2. Ideas 2 Images, Paharganj:- Rs. 115 per copy for coloured cover , gray scale text
3. Shivam printers:- Rs. 120 Per copy for all coloured brochure

We have found that Bansal Reprographics has quoted the lowest rate and also for all coloured pages
which suits our requirements. In this scenario we would like to have our Brochures printed by the lowest
bidder .
