OVERVIEW: Students will learn different topics that will help them develop their grammar, reading, writing,
listening and speaking skills. With this new topics students will be able to talk about past experiences, give orders
when they need to, talk about what they were able to do and what they might do, compare different things, places,
animals and people and talk about the consequences of our actions or decisions.

GOALS:

 The past perfect and the simple past


 Imperatives
 Modals: Could for past ability, could and might for possibility.
 Comparison structures (-er/-est, more/the most + adjective)
 Modals to express ability, necessity and permission.
 participial adjectives
 Cause and effect structures.
