has already been published on 4 August 2010)
4 August 2010, decision to reduce the period of validity of
the insurance contracts (Article 3:195(1)(b) of the Act on
Financial Supervision). The insurance contracts will end on
1 September 2010.
This needs to be published now based on Article 3:162(5)
of the Act on Financial Supervision. We propose the
following text:

‘IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THE INSURED OF


INEAS

In a judgment of 4 August 2010 the District Court of


Amsterdam granted M. Pannevis and P.H.M. Versteeg,
administrators in the emergency regulations of INTER­
NATIONAL INSURANCE CORPORATION (IIC) NV,
doing business as: “INEAS” and “LADYCAR ONLINE”
with registered and business offices at Entrada 123,
1096 EB Amsterdam, a special authorisation to reduce
the period of validity of the insurance contracts
concluded by IIC in its capacity as insurer, as referred
to in Article 195(1)(b) of the Dutch Financial Super­
vision Act (Wet op het Financieel Toezicht). Pursuant to
this authorisation the administrators have terminated all
INEAS insurances with effect from midnight on 31 August
