• Focused on understanding how cells regulate epigenetic processes
• Researched the role of the cell cycle and DNA replication in the assembly or
maintenance of chromatin structures and the effects of these structures on DNA replication
• By using mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy, we were able to determine how
DNA replication changes over time
