Rules and Format:

1) 8th Grade will play at JHHS and 7th Grade will play at JHMS.
2) Jackson and Star Valley will wear home uniforms and sit on the home bench. Lander and
Riverton will wear visiting uniforms and sit on the visiting team bench.
3) Games will consist of 4 – 6 minute quarters.
4) The 10-point “Press Rule” will be enforced. The 10-point “Press Rule” states, “Teams will be
allowed to press providing they do NOT have a lead of 10 or more points. At that time, all
full court presses must be called off until such a time the lead is reduced to less than 10
points. Pressing with a lead greater than 10 points will result in a warning then followed by a
technical foul on the second offense.”
5) Half-time will be 6 minutes.
6) Warm-up between games will be a minimum of 6 minutes. More time will be allotted if time
allows.
