 Each category should have at least 3 participants; otherwise the category will be cancelled. 
 Organizers have the right to refuse any website that can be found offensive to any party or for any other lawful reason. 
 Original work material & other procedures might be requested to prove the ownership & authenticity of the website. 
 The Organizers shall not be responsible in case the holding of the Event is prevented, postponed or abandoned because of force majeure or any cause 
not within the Organizer's control.
