successful gift to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay and the children we serve.

The Boys & Girls Clubs Endowment Foundation is a community owned not-for-profit organization in accordance
with section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, U.S. Department of Treasury. Because we are a not-for-profit
organization, donors who wish to financially support our work can do so and enjoy the tax reduction benefits to
the extent allowed by law. We encourage donors to consult with their professional advisors regarding how chari-
table gifts will affect their personal situation.

Types of Gifts:

Unrestricted Gifts
Gifts given in an unrestricted nature are appreciated. Unrestricted gifts allow the Endowment Foundation to direct
funds where there is the greatest need.

Gifts to Endowment

General Endowment: Income from gifts to the General Endowment are distributed to the general fund of the Boys
& Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County. This funding is used for youth development programs, health, snacks, trans-
portation, field trips and much more at the three clubhouse locations.

Building Fund Endowment: The income from gifts to the Building Fund Endowment may be used to construct new
facilities for use by the Boys & Girls Clubs and used to make capital improvements to existing facilities.

Educational Fund Endowment: The Educational Fund Endowment was established for donors who wish the in-
come from their gift to be used for the educational benefit of past or present members of the Boys & Girls Clubs
of Tampa Bay.

Restricted Gifts
Donors may place special designations on contributions to assure support for special projects at the Boys & Girls
Clubs.
