Attention: New letters have been introduced to facilitate reading Tamil
texts in Devanaagarii. Distinction has been made between certain  short
and long consonants that do not exist in Devanaagarii. For e.g.,

should be treated with the same distinction
 as that exists between

 . The letters  and  , and  and  , should be treated in the same
way. The letter  , denotes the za in Tamil. For e.g., aazvaar would be
written as 0 ,   in Devanaagarii. There is a subtle difference between ,
and , however, they can be pronounced in the same way. Also note that
./, sounds almost like ./, ./, like ./, and so on. The consonant-cluster

is pronounced somewhere between
