    CAUTION:- Now this calibrated pipette should not be disturbed.

    SETTING OF CONTROL UNIT:-

    1) Physical arrangement of various test points is shown in the diagram.


    2) Note down at voltage level as mentioned in the following table-

    Note:- These readings are given for example, these readings varies from unit to unit.

    SET position of the pot which gives the maximum difference in voltages level at ‘With fuel’
    & ‘No fuel’ conditions.

    MAINTAINENCE:-
    1) The circulatory and pipette assembly should be kept free dust & moisture.
    2) The fuel unit should be checked periodically for internal leakage, rectification being made as
    necessary.
    3) The fuel installed in ‘fuel in’ line and glass tube must be cleaned periodically to prevent
    malfunction of unit.
