Job Profile

KRA:- 1) Maintaining M/c Uptime for Productive efficiency.

2) TPM Implementation

Job Description:- 1. Achieve MTBF of 30 days in PES Pl09 & 19,

2. Achieve MTTR below 1 hr .
3. Institutionalise predictive maintenance procedure.
4. Horizontally deploy TPM on All M/c and equipments in PES,
5. Creating & Maintaining IMS and BEM related Documents.
6. Control absenteeism to 10%
7. Cost controls :-
a)OT control max 2%,
8. Develop competencies in workmen, Temporaries & Apprentices.
9. Support to Automation cell.
10. Doing daily Root cause analysis & WHY WHY analysis to
improve the MTBF
11. Implementation & adherence to the predictive & preventive
maintenance . Implemented TPM JH and PM Pillar.
12. Implementing process improvement for hazard free operation
& 5S activity.
13. Planning & handling of new machine installation, layout
changes.
 14. Identify & Implementation of resource (i.e. power, water, gas
saving project.
15. Spares management to optimize the availability of spares
16. Indigenizing of imported spares.
17. Identifying and executing energy and compressed air saving
projects.

Chiller Units,
AHU & Blowers,
Lpg Yard,
Fire Fightning equipments
