2.Financed Cars would not be delivered on termporary registration without NOC from financer.
3.Balance payment if any on date of delivery would be accepted by demand draft or cash only.
4.HMIL reserves the right to change model, specification & features without prior notice.
5.The price including statutory levies will be as applicable on the date of invoicing
6.Cancellation of order after the car is received in our stockyard will not be accepted
7.In othercases, request for cancellation has to be in writing and signed by the applicant
8.Refund of booking amount would be made within seven days of request for cancellation
9.Refund will made by A/C payee cheque in favour of the original applicant only.
