the property up to the date of the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE shall be for the account
of the SELLER;

3. Transfer Tax, Registration fee, notarial fee and other expenses for the transfer
of the title in the name of the BUYER shall be for the account of the BUYER;

4. In case of any deficiency with regards to the Original/Transfer Certificate of

Title upon verification, this earnest money shall be immediately reimbursed in full to said
BUYER.
