    Sir:

    The local government unit of Santiago has been giving concern on the health
    program that would benefit our townspeople. But while we endeavor to provide
    improved health services to our constituents, our budget resources are limited and
    for this matter we look for external support that we could avail to meet the needs of
    our municipality. In this regard and in behalf of the people of Santiago, we are
    conveying this earnest request for your kind assistance for us to purchase
    ambulance from the PCSO.

    Attached herewith are the requirements needed for the said purchase.
