Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
• Chocolate Brownies mix
• Water

Equipment
• Mixing Bowl
• Fork
• Spoon
• 7 inch square tin
• Oven
• Greaseproof Paper
• Spatula

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
2. Prepare square tin by lining it with
greaseproof paper.
3. Empty the contents of the sachet into the bowl
with 170 ml of cold water.
4. Beat well until a batter is obtained
5. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin.
6. Bake for 20 minutes

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
• Chocolate chip cookie mix
• Water
• Butter or margarine

Equipment
• Mixing Bowl
• Wire rack
• Spoon
• Baking tray
• Oven
• Spatula

Method
1. Preheat the oven to
190ºC.
2. Prepare square tin by lining it with
greaseproof paper.
3. Empty the cookie mix into the bowl with 170 ml of cold water.
4. Add 25g of margarine and 15 ml of water and mix with a
spoon.
5. Knead the ingredients until a soft non-sticky dough is formed.
6. Make 6 evenly sized balls and place onto baking tray.
7. Tap lightly onto shape to form discs and approx. 2cm apart.
8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until
golden brown.
9. Leave on baking tray for 5-10
minutes before transferring
onto a cooling rack with a
spatula.
