To retrieve your support ticket, HPSUPPT.TXT, from the hidden
partition you will need to execute HPSUPPT.EXE from C:\DMI\HPDIAGS.
This can be done from the command line or by double clicking
from explorer.
HPSUPPT.EXE will copy HPSUPPT.TXT from the diagnostics partition
to the C:\DMI\HPDIAGS directory. You can view or print the support
ticket with an editor such as NOTEPAD.

NOTE: This utility will fail if the directory (C:\DMI\HPDIAGS)

does not exist.
